About The Position

Join the Linvilla team this fall as a Seasonal Cashier! This role is perfect for those who love the fall season, enjoy being outdoors, and are looking to earn extra money for the holidays. We offer flexible seasonal schedules, including weekends, evenings, and hours that work well while the kids are in school. As a Linvilla Cashier, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising and stocking products, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with the Linvilla team to keep everything running smoothly during our busy fall season.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing a positive customer experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of two years of retail experience
• Minimum of two years of cashier experience
• Ability to provide prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Produce or farm market experience preferred
• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
• Stock products and maintain neat, attractive merchandise displays
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and assist guests with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Notify management of product concerns, inventory losses, scanning errors, and other issues
• Follow cash-handling policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Follow all company policies and procedures while maintaining the security and confidentiality of company information
• Perform other duties as assigned
