Seasonal Camp Counselor, Casey Farm
About The Position
Historic New England's Casey Farm is looking for a seasonal Summer Camp Counselor to assist in running summer programs. This role involves supervising children, leading activities such as games and songs, managing building access, setting up and dismantling program equipment, and assisting with crafts. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions to deliver engaging, hands-on activities for campers aged 4-12. The camp day operates from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with staff working from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. Training, including CPR/First Aid certification, will occur the week of June 24.
Requirements
- Experience in at least one of the following: camp, childcare, education, history, agriculture or environmental science
- Must be at least nineteen years old
- Must have completed one year of college
