About The Position

As a Seasonal Call Center Representative, you will address customer needs such as account maintenance, billing inquiries, product orders, and general communication with the company. You will handle incoming calls and support efficient product delivery interactions while providing exceptional customer service. Success is measured by the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.

• ADDS software experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer inquiries about heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers by verifying and updating account information and troubleshooting or resolving customer concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and educate customers about them.
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure records are up to date and accurate.
• Partner with other departments to follow up on customer inquiries.
• Contribute to the team environment and perform other duties as required.
