About The Position
Join the Food & Beverage team this winter for Christmas at the Princess, a seasonal event that combines festive fun with five-star service. The team brings unforgettable experiences to life across various outlets including The Princess Fire & Ice Rink, Château Champagne, and festive Igloos. This role is ideal for energetic, dependable multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well in a team, and have a passion for Food & Beverage and guest engagement. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Scottsdale’s most spectacular seasonal experiences, with over 250,000 visitors and national recognition.
Requirements
- Arizona Liquor Server Certification
- Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Previous service experience an asset
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
