About The Position
Seasonal Associates at Marshalls are responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. Associates model positive customer service and store culture, process purchases and returns accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, prepare and merchandise products, and participate in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink-reduction efforts. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Engage and interact with customers to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience.
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and provide correct change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Follow the company merchandising philosophy and established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
