About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you are the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You welcome customers, help them find products for babies and young children, and support families throughout their parenting journey. The role is based in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment and involves customer service, sales support, point-of-sale transactions, replenishment, and shipment tasks.

Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $17.75 per hour, based on experience and location. This seasonal position may require availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, along with extended periods of standing or walking and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and balance the needs of multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel services as needed to meet customer needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
