About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, providing an outstanding client experience and helping maintain a welcoming, stocked, and visually ready store. The role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and helping uphold Sephora's standards and inclusive culture. Weekly hours may vary according to business needs, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week. The position requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with punctuality and consistent attendance. Candidates must be available to be scheduled from October 5 through January 10.
