Seasonal Associate
About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business moments to provide an outstanding client experience. You will help create a welcoming environment and maintain a stocked, visually ready store in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The position offers non-guaranteed, variable hours, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. You must be available for scheduling from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, and during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $19.80–$22.90 per hour, depending on geographic location.
