About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, help them find products for milestones in their parenting journey, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive store environment. The role includes assisting customers with product information and omnichannel services, handling sales transactions, replenishing merchandise, communicating promotions and loyalty programs, and helping maintain a safe, clean store. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $16.50 per hour based on experience and location.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and balance the needs of multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel services as needed to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
