About The Position

At Helzberg Diamonds, Seasonal Associates support the store during the holiday selling season and may be assigned selling duties, office duties, or both. Sales associates work toward individual sales goals that support the store’s sales and profit objectives while providing superior customer service. Office associates assist with daily office operations to help the store achieve its sales volume and profit goals.

Seasonal Associates must be available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season. In addition to hourly pay and commissions, associates may qualify for an additional $1 per hour worked from September 27, 2026, through December 24, 2026. To receive this seasonal bonus, an associate must remain actively employed through December 24, 2026.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience using a PC, POS system, or other computer keyboard.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to be detail-oriented.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience.
• Prior retail jewelry experience.
