About The Position

The Seasonal Associate, or Seasonal Employee, is a temporary role that supports the business operations and receives training on all aspects of the business. Their duties vary based on the business needs but include shadowing onsite field operations, learning Yardi and other systems, filing, answering phone calls and email inquiries, customer service and helping with various operation and office duties as needed. This position will shadow and train on all aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Email management
  • Data entry
  • Social media management
  • Basic numeracy skills to ensure accuracy in all office transactions
  • Communication skills to greet tenants and answer questions
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately
  • Time management skills to prioritize given tasks
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year work experience preferred
  • Technically savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office preferred but not required
