Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
• Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations
• Provide general support to team and leadership
• Identify potential areas for improvement in workflows or documents. Provide recommendations and assist in implementing small enhancements.
• Communicate with internal partners to obtain information, clarify requirements, or assist with cross ‑ functional activities.
• Attend team meetings to observe, take notes, and provide input when appropriate.
• Contribute to ongoing team projects by performing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
