About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, helping create outstanding client experiences and a welcoming shopping environment. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is non-guaranteed hours, with weekly hours expected to vary from 0 to 14 based on business needs. You must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be punctual with consistent attendance. The stated scheduling period is Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $21.75–$24.88 per hour, with the actual rate depending on geographic location.
