About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, helping deliver an outstanding client experience. You will help create a welcoming environment, keep the store stocked and visually ready, support sales goals, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative, inclusive team. The position offers variable, non-guaranteed hours, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. Candidates must be available for scheduling from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, and during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. Hourly compensation is $20.85–$23.98, depending on geographic location.
