Seasonal Associate
About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business periods. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience and maintain a stocked, visually ready store in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role offers variable, non-guaranteed hours, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. You must be available for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available to be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The position is hourly and non-exempt at the NY-Manhasset Americana store in Manhasset, New York. Compensation is $21.75–$24.88 per hour, depending on geographic location. Sephora states that comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits are available based on eligibility.
