About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will represent the Carter’s brand and help customers shop for babies and young children. You’ll welcome families, assist with product information, and support their shopping needs across in-store and omnichannel experiences. Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and assist multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel services as needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
