Requirements

Food and beverage line level experience preferred, supervisory experience a plus.
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
Observes and reports team member incidents and recommends discipline when necessary.
Supervises day to day operations.
Orders necessary stock for outlets.
Performs line level duties and acts a “breaker” in all outlets throughout shifts as necessary.
Adheres to and administers established company Policies, Labor Laws, Liquor Laws and Sanitary Codes.
Relays all guest compliments and complaints to appropriate department head.
Assists F&B Shift Managers with day to day tasks and projects.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
