About The Position

The Seasonal Ambassador brings Everlane to life for customers during the Holiday Season by creating a positive environment and delivering a best-in-class store experience. This customer-focused role serves as a face of the brand and champion of its mission and values. The Ambassador helps customers with styling, works to exceed individual goals, and contributes across different aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment. Team members are expected to bring optimism and enthusiasm and positively influence others. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Have at least 16 hours of availability that supports business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Availability for Black Friday, December 24, December 26, and peak weekend days during the holiday season is required.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Ability to regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and remain accessible to customers.
Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback.
Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
