About The Position

The Seasonal Ambassador brings Everlane to life for customers during the Holiday Season by fostering a positive environment and delivering a best-in-class store experience. This customer-focused role serves as a face of the brand and champion of its mission and values. Ambassadors help customers with styling, aim to exceed individual goals, and contribute across various aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment. Team members are expected to be optimistic, enthusiastic, and collaborative. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry.
• Passion for helping others and enjoying being part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback.
• Ambition to learn and grow from others.
• Interest in Everlane, its product, and its values.
• At least 16 hours of availability that supports business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for Black Friday, December 24, December 26, and peak weekend days through the holiday season.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and remain accessible to customers.
