About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support their operations team. This role involves assisting with labor invoices, data entry, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys being a key support person within a team. This is a full-time, seasonal position from June to August.

Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and using new software and digital tools
  • Strong Mathematical skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing incoming jobs and verifying Labor Invoices (Frequent)
  • Data Entry in Spreadsheets and databases (Frequent)
  • General Forms Data Entry (Frequent)
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the operations team
  • Update and manage data in Excel and Google Sheets as needed
  • Support special projects and company initiatives as directed by leadership
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • All other duties as assigned by the supervisor
