Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or database systems
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic camp environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for camp operations
  • Manage camp documentation
  • Support check-in and check-out processes for campers and families
  • Respond to parent inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records in camp management systems
  • Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
  • Coordinate supply orders and track inventory for office and program needs
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
