About The Position

The Season Ticket Member Services Assistant is a part-time position, responsible for supporting the team servicing Season Ticket Members and generating revenue for the Rockford IceHogs. This position requires a highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset.

• High attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ticketing systems (Ticketmaster Archtics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire Revenue Generation team via ticket inquiry phone, live chat and email support.
• Assist Season Ticket Members with various inquiries and requests.
• Maintain diligent and real-time Salesforce CRM entries.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.
