About The Position

We are seeking a results- and detail-oriented Search Marketing Specialist to join our team and develop the execution, strategy, and continuous optimization of our online presence. In this role, you will enable our search engine and inbound marketing, with a strong emphasis on increasing AI visibility. We are looking for someone to move beyond traditional organic growth strategies, leading the evolution of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives. You will support STEMCELL brand initiatives and measurable business goals, leveraging analytics and reporting platforms to make data-informed decisions to enhance our brand discoverability across AI and search platforms. You will collaborate cross functionally to drive innovation across pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and search marketing, leveraging your strong background in digital marketing to position STEMCELL as a life science provider of choice.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience across education and relevant work history in marketing; experience in the life sciences is an asset
  • Experience optimizing complex, high‑traffic websites in a global or multi‑region environment
  • Deep expertise and understanding of traditional and generative search ecosystems, content performance, inbound marketing, and technical SEO/GEO with experience in enabling buyer journeys leading to measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns and budgets across various platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency, with proven experience using search intelligence platforms and website analytics tools and ability to identify actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize PPC advertising performance and budget across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ad, YouTube, and search advertising platforms
  • Define, develop, and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies to drive organic visibility across traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI platforms
  • Enable metrics tracking and reporting using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, seoClarity, and other complementary reporting systems.
  • Provide actionable search marketing recommendations based on performance data, competitor and market analysis, vendor insights, platform updates, and emerging technologies
