About The Position

Mahler Private Staffing is seeking an exceptional Search Executive to join their expanding Palm Beach team. This role is highly relationship-driven, with approximately 60% of the time dedicated to recruiting and 40% to meeting with clients. The Search Executive will collaborate with a team, sometimes serving as the primary client contact and other times focusing solely on recruiting and candidate development. This is an in-office position based in Palm Beach, with anticipated travel of three to four days per month to locations such as Miami, Naples, New York City, and Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess a high emotional intelligence (EQ), be proactive, polished, discreet, highly organized, and self-motivated, with excellent communication, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills. A genuine enjoyment of working with people is essential.
