About The Position
Seal Operators work anywhere in our shop cleaning, organizing, assisting union members with jobs, grinding, moving materials, generally doing whatever task is assigned by your lead and supervisor. We will need you to adhere to our company safety standards and wear your prescribed PPE. You will need to be motivated and operate with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Self-starter
- Ability and willingness to learn from union employees
- Standing for long periods of time
- Lifting to 75 lbs
- Bending
- Twisting
- Ability to stand, sit, and use hands to manipulate equipment
