About The Position

This role involves the installation of Seabulk liners within containers, connecting transfer hoses, managing the loading stinger, and overseeing filling operations. The operator is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the loading area, adhering to safety protocols, reporting any spills or unsafe conditions, and preventing product contamination by ensuring correct resin grades and procedures are followed. Additionally, the position requires the completion of operational paperwork and communication of container status.

Requirements

• Ability to properly install 20' and 40' Seabulk liners inside containers.
• Skill in connecting transfer hoses and positioning the loading stinger.
• Capability to monitor filling operations.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all safety procedures.
• Ability to report spills and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Attention to detail to verify correct resin grades and loading procedures.
• Proficiency in completing required operational paperwork.
• Effective communication skills to report container status.

Responsibilities
