About The Position

As a Guest Experience Host at SEA LIFE Michigan, you will be responsible for bringing magic to life across the aquarium by creating unforgettable memories for guests. This part-time role involves interacting with guests in various areas such as Admissions, Retail, Events, Birthdays, and Food & Beverage, ensuring a playful, safe, and exciting environment. You will be joining Team Merlin, a global leader in location-based, family entertainment, dedicated to delivering memorable and immersive brand experiences for millions of guests annually.

Requirements

  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
