About The Position

Guest Experience Hosts (Part-Time) at SEA LIFE Michigan are responsible for bringing the magic to life across the aquarium. This includes greeting guests at Admissions, assisting in Retail, Events, Birthdays, Food & Beverage, and more. The role focuses on creating unforgettable memories in a playful, safe, and exciting environment by spreading joy, energy, and making meaningful connections with guests of all ages. Hosts are expected to keep areas looking great, manage lines safely, and follow opening, closing, and safety procedures, delivering top-tier service with a splash of magic.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
