As a Pro, you’re the most knowledgeable and effective salesperson in the store. You offer customized solutions by leveraging your breadth of expertise — both of Apple products and services, as well as Apple’s competitors — to create owners and build brand loyalty through each customer interaction. You help drive knowledge of technology and mentor the store team. A Pro helps to grow Apple’s business community and is highly skilled at presenting effective business solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
  • Be knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s offerings and Product Zone sales processes, and on technology and consumer trends at Apple and in the broader market.
  • Mentor others throughout the store on Apple’s products and services, purchase options, and current and emerging technology outside of Apple, making sure leaders and team members are kept up to date to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
