About The Position

The Ascendancy Group’s Mission is to be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions. As a TAG SDV Planner, you will provide planning and technical support for maintenance, repair, and sustainment activities, including developing and tracking work packages and technical documentation. In this role, you will assist in the coordination of mechanical, electrical, testing, quality, and certification tasks, support research and procedure updates, assist with audits and communication, and operate government vehicles as needed. A Secret Clearance is required for this position.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience with U.S. Navy submarines or submersible platforms.
• 6 years of experience with submarine mechanical and electrical systems or components.
• 6 years of experience with developing and writing Controlled Work Procedures (CWPs)/Requisitions (RECs)/Formal Work Procedures (FWPs).
• 6 years of experience with U.S. Navy submarines QA Program; and 2 years of experience with NAVSEA 9290 requirements.
• HS Diploma or equivalent + 6 years related experience or BA/BS + 2 years related experience.
• Must have a Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general planning and technical support for maintenance, repair, modernization, and sustainment activities.
• Assist with developing, reviewing, organizing, and tracking work packages, technical procedures, records, reports, drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Support coordination of mechanical, electrical, testing, inspection, quality, safety, and certification-related activities to ensure work is accurate, complete, compliant, and completed within required timelines.
• Assist with technical reviews, data research, issue tracking, material planning, procedure updates, training support, audit preparation, and communication with applicable personnel.
• Operate assigned vehicles as needed to support mission requirements.
• Operate Government vehicles as required in performance of assigned duties.
