About The Position

We make custom-printed poly mailers for brands. Our ecommerce shipping packaging is made in the USA and ranges from 500 to 5,000,000 pieces. We are hiring our first in-house SDR to build the outbound AI engine from scratch. This role involves owning the stack, strategy, and numbers, and is not a typical high-volume email sending position.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years SDR or BDR experience at a B2B company.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo and at least one of Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make) with a demonstrable workflow.
  • Proven track record of booking 25+ meetings in a personal best month.
  • Strong written communication skills, concise and effective.
  • US-based and comfortable working remotely with a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Build the modern outbound motion using tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, and LinkedIn.
  • Own ICP development across DTC ecommerce brands, 3PLs, and subscription boxes.
  • Run signal-based prospecting (e.g., Shopify growth, recent funding, ops hiring triggers).
  • Write sequences that do not sound like they were written by AI.
  • Book 30+ qualified meetings a month for our AE.
  • Manage deliverability, domain warmup, and sample fulfillment workflow.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
