About The Position

As an SDR Manager, you will define outbound strategy, optimize inbound qualification, and implement performance systems that fuel predictable revenue growth. This role is ideal for a hands- on leader who thrives in fast paced startup environments and is excited to build structure, accountability, and momentum within a growing sales organization.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling outbound pipelines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing early- career sales professionals.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPI’s and forecasting pipeline contribution.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA (preferred).
