About The Position

As an entry-level SDR, you will be at the forefront of our mission, engaging potential customers with tailored sales strategies that showcase the value of ICANotes Behavioral Health EHR. Your focus will be on: Building Bridges: Craft strategic outreach campaigns utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to connect with prospective customers. Solution Showcasing: Leverage your consultative skills to understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend ICANotes products and services that align with those needs. Relationship Cultivation: Nourish warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities by nurturing trust and understanding through ongoing communication. Pipeline Management: Maintain a dynamic pipeline of interested prospects, effectively transitioning them to our sales closers for the next steps. Sales Playbook Enhancement: Collaborate on refining our SDR playbook by identifying and sharing best practices that drive success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles, showcasing your dedication to outbound sales efforts.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a knack for crafting compelling messages.
  • A creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of finding solutions to complex challenges.
  • Eager to excel within a sales organization, with a hunger for growth and development.
  • Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to the demands of a virtual team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Equipped with a distraction-free home office, a reliable computer, and a strong internet connection.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales or outreach experience.
  • Familiarity with the Behavioral Health industry is a plus, though not a requirement.
  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM or other CRM software is beneficial.
