About The Position

Overjet is hiring an SDR Manager to build and lead its Sales Development team from the Lehi office. The manager will hire, onboard, ramp, coach, and develop SDRs while creating the outbound sales playbook and owning the team’s quarterly pipeline target. The role requires building the team and its operating motion while carrying a quarterly number in a fast-paced, high-intensity culture. The SDR team engages dental practices and Dental Service Organizations, pitching Overjet’s dental AI to busy professionals. The manager will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to turn pipeline into customers and share market and competitor insights. The position reports to Sales leadership and is fully in person in Lehi, although the benefits section also describes Overjet’s workplace as hybrid.
