About The Position

This role involves the design, build, and maintenance of specialized testing frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic AI applications. The engineer will be responsible for building test frameworks, automation infrastructure, harnesses, or developer tooling in modern engineering environments. The position requires supporting quality across backend services, APIs, and full-stack systems, integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows, and improving engineering feedback loops. Additionally, the role involves designing and maintaining test data strategies and reusable testing patterns.

Requirements

• Experience with Design, Build and Maintenance of specialized testing frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic AI applications.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, TypeScript or Python.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, test and quality engineering, including strong experience in developer-led test infrastructure work.
• Experience building test frameworks, automation infrastructure, harnesses, or developer tooling in modern engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of software design, debugging, APIs, and maintainable code practices.
• Experience supporting quality across backend services, APIs, and full-stack systems.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows and improving engineering feedback loops.
• Experience designing and maintaining test data strategies and reusable testing patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
