About The Position

Full Potential Solutions is hiring an SDE III Conversational AI Developer to implement and support conversational flows across conversational AI platforms. The role involves integrating APIs, handling complex logic, optimizing code, conducting impact analysis, and contributing to iterative conversational NLU/NLP design. The developer will use data to recommend improvements across releases, define metrics for application performance, and understand the data structures that support chatbot applications. The position works with business, product, and engineering leaders and participates actively in agile meetings and application reviews. The developer is expected to continue expanding their knowledge of conversational AI principles and support applications throughout their lifecycle. The role requires working a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm IST. Requirements

8–12 years of relevant software development experience.
Strong experience with Node.js or Python, including API integrations, complex logic, code optimization, and impact analysis.
Certification in a conversational AI platform such as Cognigy, Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Microsoft LUIS, Google Dialogflow, or IBM Watson.
Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues and collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with features, technologies, and industry trends.
Experience with agile software development methodologies and iterative development in agile teams.
Proficiency using project management tools such as JIRA for issue tracking and team collaboration.
Willingness to work a 2 pm to 11 pm IST shift.

Responsibilities

Implement conversational flows in conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy, Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Microsoft LUIS, Google Dialogflow, and IBM Watson.
Develop integrations and functionality using Node.js or Python, including API integrations, complex logic, code optimization, and impact analysis.
Support iterative conversational NLU/NLP design and use data to recommend improvements across multiple releases.
Define the data needed for comprehensive metrics to measure application performance.
Understand the data structures that provide information to chatbot applications.
Participate actively and constructively in agile team meetings and application reviews.
Work directly with business, product, and engineering leaders across the organization.
Continue learning conversational AI principles and support applications throughout their lifecycle.
Work a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
