Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience using GitLab for Agile project tracking and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated servant leadership and team motivation capabilities.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 10-15 pounds at times.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Remove obstacles, foster collaboration, and help teams become self-organizing and highly productive.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Guide teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values to improve effectiveness.
- Champion Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Agile values and practices.
- Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
- Create an environment that minimizes distractions and supports sustained productivity.
- Track team progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
- Promote visibility into team activities and ensure access to necessary information.
- Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and communicating the product vision to the team.
