About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is an onsite contract role requiring a strong understanding of Agile environments and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Scrum teams and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent).
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and obstacles for the Scrum team.
• Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and processes.
• Work with product owners to ensure a clear and concise product backlog.
• Track and report on team progress and metrics.
• Contribute to the adoption and implementation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Support the integration of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
