Requirements

Scrum Master experience on a large-scale project.
Proficiency in Agile methodology, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, and adherence to Agile values.
Proficiency in Jira as the team lead/reference person: KPI tracking, backlog management, and backlog quality control.
Team facilitation, positive leadership, and sustained collaboration with the Product Owner (PO).
Contribution to the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring alignment between the sprint backlog and product backlog.
Support to the Project Manager and Application Delivery Lead in team coordination and management.
