Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential or equivalent Agile certification
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting or managing projects within intelligence data system environments or comparable federal intelligence systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and documentation tools commonly used in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with the ability to guide, coach, and align multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement across technical and stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily standups
  • Lead sprint planning meetings
  • Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback
  • Note areas of improvement
  • Identify action items for future sprints
  • Manage scrum board and ensure cards are up to date
  • Manage Microsoft Project and JIRA
  • Meet with team/individuals as required
  • Consult with team members
  • Manage reporting and analysis
  • Eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks
