About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who can also operate in a hybrid Project Manager capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, supporting Agile teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within defined scope, timeline, and quality standards. You will work closely with Product Owners, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Certified or Professional Scrum Master
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and tools such as JIRA
  • Proven experience promoting servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing Agile teams
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Miami, FL at least 4 days per week
  • Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional Agile frameworks and practices such as:XP, FDD, TDD, DAD, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum@Scale
  • Familiarity with Agile technology practices, including:DevOps, Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development (TDD), AWS
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across a diverse delivery landscape, including Agile application development, support, and deployment

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and delivery for assigned Agile teams
  • Facilitate internal communication and foster effective collaboration across teams
  • Partner with Product Owners and Program Managers to manage backlogs, priorities, and new requests
  • Identify, resolve, and remove impediments and conflicts that hinder team progress
  • Guide teams through change and help implement improvements effectively
  • Ensure sprint deliverables meet defined quality standards
  • Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices across the organization
  • Act as a servant leader, enabling team empowerment and high performance
  • Support Agile delivery across development, support, and deployment initiatives
