About The Position

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join Elite Workforce Inc. This is a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a duration of 12+ months. The position involves 1-2 interviews and is open to local candidates only.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, XP, Kanban.
• Experience with Agile techniques such as User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with Jira.

Nice To Haves

• Financial services experience is a plus.
