In this role, you will facilitate agile processes and ensure effective collaboration across teams to drive project success. Your expertise in Agile Methodologies will be key in delivering high-quality results within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies
- 5 - 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment.
- Act as a servant leader and coach to guide teams in Agile practices.
- Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals and timelines.
- Track key performance metrics to measure sprint success and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project scope and timelines.
- Champion Agile best practices across the team and organization.
