Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in: Migration Planning, Fraud Detection and Integrity Controls, Dependency Management, Delivery Tracking and Agile Metrics
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove delivery impediments related to legacy systems, policy constraints, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and Policy teams to ensure user stories reflect business and operational needs.
  • Lead backlog refinement and ensure features are ready for delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across Case Management, Data & Integration, and Integrity Services Branch (ISB) workstreams.
  • Manage dependencies across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support incremental releases.
  • Support release planning and feature sequencing to enable smooth implementation and minimal operational disruption.
  • Track delivery progress using Agile metrics and provide status reporting to leadership.
  • Prepare materials for governance forums, program reviews, and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with government standards, audit requirements, and documentation expectations.
  • Collaborate with Data & Integration teams on data readiness, migration planning, and integrity controls.
  • Work with ISB stakeholders to incorporate fraud detection, integrity controls, and case management workflows into delivery plans.
