Requirements

• 6 to 12 years of experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience as Scrum Master in Agile delivery projects.
• Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience working on cloud, AI, digital, or contact center transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, IVR flows, and agent assist use cases.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of contact center platforms such as: Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco, Avaya, NICE CXone.
• Awareness of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and knowledge base integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage sprint planning, velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Support product owners in backlog refinement and sprint goal definition.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.
