About The Position
Within the Energy & Utilities division, you will support major players in the sector (electricity, gas, water, renewable energies) in managing their strategic projects. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure the fluidity and efficiency of the team on critical products (virtual desktop environments, workstations, publishing and access products, etc.). - Facilitate Agile rituals.
- Protect the team from external disruptions to ensure total focus on Sprint goals.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization by integrating specific business challenges.
- Promote Agile culture and mindset among all stakeholders.
- Implement relevant tracking indicators (Velocity, Capacity, Time-to-Market) and ensure reporting to steering committees.
