We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our ever-evolving Agile Delivery Team and help shape the future of global commerce. Requirements

• Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering complex technology initiatives within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles and delivery practices, with the ability to coach teams toward higher levels of performance and accountability.
• Demonstrated success resolving impediments, navigating competing priorities and enabling teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations or working within enterprise Agile environments.
• Additional Agile certifications such as SAFe® Agilist or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
• Proven ability to leverage Agile tools, metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance delivery performance.
