Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks
Experience working with software development teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
US Resident
US Citizenship
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Nice To Haves

Experience in cloud or AWS-based projects
Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Manage Jira boards, backlog prioritization, and sprint tracking
Identify and remove blockers to ensure team productivity
Track and report team performance metrics and velocity
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
