About The Position

For our client we are looking for a Scrum Master (Partially Delivery Manager), to join the team in an onsite working model. Supporting the team in effectively applying the Scrum framework, removing impediments to the team's work, and promoting Agile and SAFe values across the organization. Collaborating with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to ensure iterative and incremental delivery of valuable product increments.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3–4 years)
  • Experience as a Project Manager and/or Delivery Manager (minimum 3–4 years)
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (eg, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools (eg, Jira, Confluence)
  • English language skills sufficient for effective, fluent communication
  • Strong time-management skills (both personal and team-level)
  • Ability to work effectively with development teams and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to identify risk areas and develop effective mitigation approaches

Nice To Haves

  • Scrum Master certifications (eg, PSM I/II, CSM) are a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Organizing/facilitating Scrum ceremonies
  • Removing impediments: Identifying and eliminating blockers that hinder the team's progress or negatively affect productivity. Identifying risk areas and critical situations, and defining mitigation strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring: Providing guidance, support, and coaching to the team on Agile principles and practices
  • Team protection: Shielding the team from external disruptions and unnecessary interventions, enabling focus on delivering high‑quality solutions during the sprint
  • Promoting continuous improvement: Supporting a culture of ongoing improvement by encouraging the team to reflect on existing processes and implement enhancements to increase overall efficiency
  • Ensuring Scrum team motivation and discipline so that all development work is thoroughly documented in Jira—complete, up-to-date, and supporting management reporting, particularly enabling visibility into work progress and status based on Jira data
  • Collaboration with the Release Manager and Project Managers to define production deployment timelines for changes delivered within the PI
  • Supporting the maintenance and development of Agile, SAFe methodology, and tools used across the organization to support the software development lifecycle.
