About The Position
As a Scrum Master – RTE, you’ll lead Agile delivery for a large-scale Salesforce CRM transformation. Operating at both team (Scrum Master) and program (RTE) levels, you’ll drive alignment, velocity, and quality across multiple Agile teams in a complex enterprise environment. You’ll support delivery across Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystems (Sales, Service, Marketing, FSC) and ensure alignment with broader business transformation objectives.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience as an RTE (Release Train Engineer).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM transformation.
- Experience working with multiple Agile teams.
- Experience in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting delivery across Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystems (Sales, Service, Marketing, FSC).
- Understanding of broader business transformation objectives.
